What is Foil or Hydrofoil?
The foiler is sailing on a board with a wing under it and is propelled by your kitesurfing kite. As it grows in speed and thanks to its fins, the foil rises above the water. This lift transfer reduces friction as well as the power required for speed. The kiter controls the lift by applying pressure to the board through his feet using the wing for direction.

For your hydrofoil course we recommend 3 days but you can choose the days you want and you think are necessary for your learning.
